OWNER

As the owner of All My Love Home Care, Crystal is compassionate, caring and she is very passionate about providing the highest quality care and companionship to each client and their families. Crystal has 20 plus years of Medical Experience working in health care and holds an active certification in the nursing field. Crystal is spiritual and is an active member in her Christian faith, when she is not in the office or attending to her clients she enjoys community events, volunteering and spending time with her loved ones.

The Team

Charissa Horton - Administrator/Human Resources

Charissa has worked in the medical profession for many years working as an STCNA, working as a Medical Coordinator for a Youth Psychiatric Treatment Facility, and working with Mental Health Services. She has worked in Nursing Homes, Facilities, and Home Health here in Nevada and in Ohio. Her career has included children's care up to geriatrics, Alzheimer's therapy, and Schizophrenic children and adults. She loves to learn and is always up for a challenge.

She has worked with adults and children of all ages, functioning in different capacities, and believes that she is well-versed in doing so. While on the job, she has directly engaged with client families and has an excellent dynamic corresponding with each. She gets along with all types of people in our environment. She will always step up if someone needs help in any way she can.

Nicole Williams - Professional Counselor

Nicole Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and License Substance Abuse Professional, Travel Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author. She operates as the founder and CEO of Nick of Time Services LLC., a outpatient therapy company and Coley Cole Live, a fun, motivating, interactive social media platform used to talk about travel, mental, social and emotional issues as it relates to the world today. She is an active proponent of multicultural practice and theory and works dynamically to understand and assist individuals make meaning of the world within their various cultural contexts.


Nicole has engaged with practitioners and scholars in the fields of academia, consultation, and training, utilizing expertise in psychology and human behavior focused on substance abuse, trauma, depression, stress and anxiety.  Nicole works with the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program, the Richmond Police Department, the Nevada Chamber of Commerce and on the board of a non profit organization, Roses and Wings that helps young females learn etiquette, life skills and principles.  She speaks to leaders, organizations and agencies providing insight into life skills, clinical skills, unification, and self care, teaching that “It’s never too late for success”.
